5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain products (e.g., liquids, perfumes, or items with shipping restrictions) may be limited to domestic shipping only.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Dr Scent is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or customs clearance.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • For lost packages, please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
